Pisco is one of the most popular mountains in Cordillera Blanca mainly for two reasons. The locations among highest mountains such as Huascarán, Chopicalqui, Huandoys and Chacraraju are amazing. one of the most spectacular views Cordillera Blanca can offer. Pisco is quite easy to climb and you don’t need previous experience of mountaineering when you climb with a certified guide.

ITENERARY

Day 1: the bus transfer untill Cebollapampa (3900m) from where we start the walk about 3-4 hours to the base camp (4650m) or the Pisco Refugee. in the afternoon we get a short briefing, suggestion and check up the group and personal equipment focus to the next day summit.

Day 2: Wake up around midnight or 1:00 a.m and after a very light breakfast we stard to walk by the moriane for aprox 2 hoursand half, then over the glacier by 4 hours we reach the summit around the sunrise ;the morraine is  bit rocky but as soon We catch Glacier turns much lighter the hike. The rout offers amazing views: Huandoys Mountain, Huascaran, Chopicalqui, Chacraraju, alpamayo, arteson and Piscos Summit Offer One of the Best views in the entire Cordillera Blanca.the Returning back to the base camp by the same route to spend one night there.

Day 3: We have breakfast at 8:00 am aprox, After breakfast 3 hours by walk down to Cebollapampa from where the bus takes us back to Huaraz (optional if you did not visit Lake 69 We can visit walking by a nice trail connect to the Lake and return by the normal route). then we meet in the afternoon to enjoy a delicios typical dinner and some nacional and local drinkings.
